What is there to do in Wooli?

Accessibility & Family Friendly Info
The Ground floor unit Reflections has level access apart from the door sill entering into the unit. The shower also has level access and is a large shower compartment approx 1m x 2m long
The Seychelles apartment has a fenced outdoor play area for children with a lockable gate on it
Pandanas apartment has a secure outdoor deck only accessible from the living area it also has a small bath for children
Yeah plenty of facilities for families to enjoy themselves including three bicycles kayaks and canoes paddle boards, there is tennis courts and skateboard park only a couple of minutes down the road
What do I need to bring?
Just yourselves and something to eat and drink, there is a good grocery store but you do pay convenience rates for everything.
Any toys the kids may want, or the parents! Otherwise everything you need accommodation wise is provided
Note: If you choose to bring your own Linen for the Reflections or Seychelles apartments, then you will need pillow slips, sheets and towels
What is the mobile coverage like in Wooli
Telstra and Optus have excellent coverage, their tower is just down the road from our units BUT Vodaphone have no coverage
Are there surf patrols on beach?
Yes, at the end of the Wooli peninsular there is a surf patroled beach, also at Minnie Waters about 10min drive from Wooli
Is there somewhere to park our boat?
There is plenty of room on the roadside for boat parking, although some prefer to park the boat in the driveway and park their cars on the street
Can we bring extra people if we change our minds at the last minute?
When you pay for the apartment it is for the number of persons you have selected. If the numbers change you will need to let us know otherwise you want have bed made up.
The maximum number of children and Adults is limited by the bed numbers and babies may have a cot
Policies (Cancellations, Pets, Groups)
The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 28 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Pets are not allowed to stay at these apartments
Wooli Holiday Units is strictly not a party venue.
The following are not permitted at any time:

Party groups of any kind

Bucks or hens groups

Large celebration events
-
Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behaviour

Additional visitors beyond the number booked, unless pre-approved
Management reserves the right to decline, cancel, or immediately terminate any booking that appears to be for the purpose of holding a party or large gathering.
Wooli Holiday Units does not accept bookings associated with Schoolies Week, end-of-year celebrations, or similar youth party events.
Bookings will not be accepted from:

Guests under 21 years old unless accompanied by an adult staying on-site

School leavers celebrating end-of-school holidays

Groups intending to hold gatherings, parties, or large social events
Identification and age verification may be requested at the time of booking and again at check-in.
4. Behaviour Expectations
All guests agree to:

Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am

Respect neighbouring units and the surrounding community

Keep noise to a minimum at all times

Comply promptly with any direction from management
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Do you provide Cots and High chairs for kids?
Yes, you will need to ask for these when making a booking
Do we need to bring Linen?
Linen is provided for the numbers you give us in your booking, if you have made a mistake, you will need to let us know
What is included in the Linen?
Linen includes Sheets pillowslips and towels. Everything else is provided including blankets for Winter months
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in is usually 2:00 PM although we can prioritise your unit for cleaning if an earlier check in is required, however we can't guarantee anything unless there was no one staying the night before …. best to contact us the day before arrival
Check out is 10 AM unless you would like to pay for a late check out at 12 Noon for an additional $49 This can be selected as an option when making the booking on our website, otherwise you will need to go through your online booking agent
